1. Delete your account in the app
In CabinApp, open Profile, scroll to the account section, select Delete my account, and complete the confirmation steps. This starts permanent deletion of the account and associated active-system data. The action cannot be undone.
2. Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have access to CabinApp, email privacy@cabinapp.co from the address linked to your account. Use the subject “CabinApp account deletion request” and include the account email address. We may request limited verification needed to protect the account.
3. Data covered by deletion
- Account profile, preferences, measurements, and usage counters.
- Uploaded profile/model photos and related private storage objects.
- Virtual try-on, Studio, angle, 360, and video results and histories.
- Catalog, sharing, consent, and credit-account records linked to the account; support tickets and messages, account-linked public feedback, and associated service-email delivery records.
- The Firebase Authentication account.
4. Retention and subscriptions
Deletion removes associated personal data from active systems within 30 days, except limited records that must be retained for legal, accounting, transaction, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes. Backup copies expire within the relevant provider's protected backup cycle.
Deleting CabinApp does not itself cancel a store subscription. To prevent a future renewal, cancel CabinApp separately in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings before deleting the account.
